1.- Enter https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/
2.- Click on My apps
3.- Click on Add, following on New App
4.- Select iOS, write the name of the app, and select the main language of your app.
5.- Click on the Pack ID box and choose the bundle ID that you added;

6.- Add your Bundle ID in the SKU box, select Limited Access and click on Create
7.- Select an app to enter to its menu
8.- Click on TestFlight
9.- Click on the version that you wish to send for testing
10.- Click on Provide information about the laws of exportation compliance
11.- Select Yes, and press Next
12.- Select Yes and click on Start inner tests
13.- Select the App Store option, you will find the version you chose in the
Compilation section
- Check if you have selected the option iPhone screen 6,5” in the screenshot section,
In this section, you must upload the screenshots with the size of an iPhone Xs Max
screen
14.- Click on Select file
15.- Select the minimum tree screenshots with the size of an iPhone Xs Max screen
and click on Open
16.- Wait for the screenshots to be uploaded, click on iPhone screen 5,5”, and click
on Upload file
17.- Select the minimum tree screenshots with the size of an iPhone 8 Plus screen
and click on Open
18.- Click on Accept
19.- Write a slogan of your app within the Promotional Text field
20.- In the “Keywords” section, write some keywords that users can type to find your
app and download it
21.- In the URL box, write the URL of your website
22.- In the Description box, write a description that talks about your app or business
23.- Check if the version of your app and its icon is correct, otherwise go back to
Step 8
24.- Add the version of your app in an ascending way within the Version text field, for
example, 1.0 for a new release, and 1.1 for a new update
25.- In the Copyright box, you have to add the year when you obtained the rights of
your enterprise and the name of your company 2018 Apphive Inc.
26.- Click on Edit Classification
27.- Choose one of the three boxes, depending on the content of the app, and click
on Accept, we don’t recommend enabling the Kids Content box unless your
app includes child-friendly content
Information for app reviewers
It’s important to complete these sections correctly as it is necessary for
publishing your app, IN CASE YOU DON’T DO IT CORRECTLY, THE
REVIEWERS TEAM WILL DISCARD YOUR APP AND IT WON’T BE PUBLISHED
IN APP STORE, SO YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THE PROCESS FROM THE
BEGINNING.
28.- Write an email in the username section and then a password, those email and
password have to be registered in the app as a verified user, you can create this
account here, this account must be registered as a “Sign in with Apple” account, NOT
A GMAIL, FACEBOOK, OR EMAIL ACCOUNT; THE TEAM IN SERVICE WILL
NEVER REGISTER AN ACCOUNT.
29.- You must add your contact information (name, last name, telephone number with
country code, and an email address).
30.- In the Notes section, you must add the instructions to test your app either in
Spanish or English and also explain to the Apple testing team how to go through your
app step by step, most clearly. *We recommend that you write this text as if
you’re explaining it to a 7-year-old child.
31.- Click on Select file to upload a video about how to test the app, this is optional,
this is the best way to approve your app. *In this video you must show how to use
your app, step by step. You must use an iPhone device, besides the email and
password of the Apple account that you registered for the Apple testing team.
32.- Select a video in .m4v, .mp4, or .mov and click on Open.
33.- Click on the “Publish this version automatically” box
34.- Click on the “No” box in the Publicity Identifier section
35.- Click on Save, and then click on Send for its review.
